Amanda Gentis, Owner, Alamo City Moms and Soirée Swag
A fifth-generation San Antonian who loves all things Fiesta, Amanda is the owner of Soirée Swag, an online party accoutrement company that evolved from her wildly successful and now retired blog, “Handmade Mood.” She is also the owner and ringleader of Alamo City Moms, an online community to support and connect mothers and families to all of the greatest things in the San Antonio area. Never one to miss a reason to host a party or decorate for a theme, Amanda revels in the “mas Fiesta” attitude of the city and uses her master’s in early childhood education and experience as a beloved teacher to guide even the most craft-challenged individuals to create their own stunning décor. She believes more is always better, especially when it comes to confetti, celebrations and Fiesta medals.
