The San Antonio Public Library Portal is open during museum hours.
San Antonio and Bexar County residents are invited to join us on the first Sunday of the month for FREE admission as part of our monthly Locals Day.

Tickets are available for contactless check-in upon arrival.

- FREE for recipients of SNAP, WIC, and MAP through Museums for All, a cooperative which encourages families of all backgrounds to visit museums. Simply present an EBT card and a photo ID to recieve free general admission. Offer is valid for up to four people for each EBT card presented.

Military Salute Program
The Briscoe Museum is proud to be the only museum in San Antonio that offers FREE year-round admission to active-duty members of the military. We also offer discount admission for the active duty member’s family (with service member present), and retired military personnel.

Bank of America Museums on Us
For the first full weekend of the month, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and U.S. Trust cardholders gain one free admission to the museum.
Accessibility
Due to the historic nature of the Briscoe Western Art Museum building, we are only able to accommodate wheelchair entrance to the Museum from our Market Street entrance ramp. Visitors arriving or exiting from the River Entrance should continue on to the Market Street entrance ramp or contact our on-site security personnel for further assistance.
